Titan Anchors® products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase by the Original Purchaser. This warranty does not apply to any products that have been subjected to normal wear and tear, misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), improper installation, disassembling, or alterations.
Any product found to be defective within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund or replacement, however any product found to be defective after 30 days are only eligible for a replacement only. Replacement product does not renew the warranty period.
When a product is found to be defective, Titan Anchors will cover the costs of shipping of the replacement product to the original purchaser. Warranty and Shipping related claims may require authentication, but not limited to pictures, video, or shipment back to us.
Note: Do not dispose of defective product/s until instructed.
If the defective part is requested to be returned, Titan Anchors will issue a 'Return Authorization' (RA) for the original purchaser to ship the product back. The original purchaser is responsible for packaging and delivering the package to the shipping carrier's facility for return shipment. Failure to return the requested product within 30 days will result in denial of current warranty claim.
All returned products must be accompanied by an approved RA (Return Authorization) number provided by Titan Anchors. Titan Anchors is not responsible if the product is lost due to a product return without a RA.
No reimbursements will be given for damages, delay, labor, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of any product in question.
Titan Anchors will provide return instructions within 3 business days of validating the warranty claim.
