Limited Lifetime Warranty (Truck Bed Anchor Products Only)

Titan Anchors® products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase by the Original Purchaser.

This warranty only applies to truck bed anchor products and does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Misuse
  
• Mishandling
  
• Misapplication
  
• Neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance)
  
• Improper installation
  
• Disassembly or alterations
  

Defective Products

• 
  Any product found to be defective within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund or replacement.
  
• Any product found to be defective after 30 days is eligible for replacement only.
  
• Replacement products do not renew or extend the original warranty period.
  

When a product is found to be defective, Titan Anchors will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to the original purchaser.

⚠️ Note: Do not dispose of defective product(s) until instructed by Titan Anchors.

Return Authorization & Product Return Instructions

Warranty and shipping-related claims may require authentication, which may include, but is not limited to:

• Photographs or video of the defective product
  
• Returning the product for inspection
  

If a return is requested, Titan Anchors will:

• Issue a Return Authorization (RA) number
  
• Provide return instructions within 3 business days of validating the warranty claim
  
• Issue a call tag if necessary for the return shipment
  

The original purchaser is responsible for:

• Properly packaging the product
  
• Delivering the product to the shipping carrier's facility for return
  

Failure to return a requested product within 30 days will result in denial of the current warranty claim.

❗ All returned products must include an approved RA number provided by Titan Anchors. We are not responsible for lost products returned without an RA.

Titan Anchors does not reimburse for:

• Damages
  
• Delays
  
• Labor
  
• Any other costs associated with the installation or re-installation of any product
  

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (All Other Products)

For all other Titan Anchors® products (not covered under the limited lifetime warranty), we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and the product is unused and in original condition, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Terms:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective
  
• All returns must include an approved RA number
  
• Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product
