Most orders are shipped within 24 hours and orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the following business day. Please note that shipping and transit days do not include weekends or holidays.

Every product qualifies for free standard shipping and can take anywhere from 2-6 business days for delivery depending on your location. All orders are shipped out of South Florida.

For time sensitive orders we do offer expedited shipping options during check out. These costs are calculated directly from the shipping carrier and your delivery address.

A tracking number is provided once the order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 business hours to receive your tracking information.

In the rare event that your tracking information states it was delivered but not received, please contact our support team.

Contact us as soon as possible. We try to fulfill orders quickly and once your order ships, we are unable to stop it.

If the package has not shipped yet, we will cancel your order and process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that most refunds take 3-5 business days to process.

If the package has shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and a Return Request is required.

Titan Anchors® products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase by the Original Purchaser.

Any product found to be defective within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund or replacement, however any product found to be defective after 30 days are only eligible for a replacement only. Replacement product does not renew the warranty period.

A return request can be started a few ways. You can either call us directly, send us a message or fill out and submit a Return Request form. Please note that a RA (Return Authorization) number is required for all returns. For more information about returns, please see our Returns Policy.

We do! However not on our website. Please see our eBay Store as we're enrolled with their Global Shipping Program. We ship for free to eBay's forwarding location in Kentucky and they ship directly to your door.

Note that any shipping price you see is eBay's calculated shipping cost from their forwarding location to your address, we only offer free shipping within the United States.

For applications that sit on the rail cap (not flush), our Corsair top plate is thinner by almost half the thickness when compared to our Select line.

A Centered stake pocket is a stake pocket that is centered within the plastic rail cap opening.

An Offset stake pocket occurs when the rail cap sits slightly forward or rearward of the truck's bed stake pocket. The plastic rail cap opening is not centered over the bed stake pocket opening.
