Step 1
Mark the location and use a 1/2" drill bit to carefully create a hole for the toggle channel (do not over-drill). Insert the steel channel.

Step 2
Ensure the channel is seated flat against the interior wall. Pull on the ring-end of the toggle and slide the flange towards the wall until flush.

Step 3
Position your finger on the plastic flange and apply pressure. Bend the straps up and down until each strap snaps off (discard).

Step 4
Place fixture over flange and insert bolt through the fixture hole and into the toggle. Tighten until it is snug against the fixture.
